Ooh yes that would work :thumbup: It's the same size tyre as my existing castors and there looks to be bags of room in the fork to fit a 3.00 x 4 tyre. I'll wait until my 3.00 x 4 tyres arrive and see if I can squeeze them into my forks, (maybe with a bit of filing), but I'm not hopeful. 10 inch forks would be better.

on my chair is fitted perfect, ask the seller or the Burgerman if is the same dimension on screw and bearings.

You can change the screw and the bearings if you want. its easy to work your forks.

Ooh yes I didn't of that. I'm waiting on the footplate (kindly supplied by Rover) and the 3.00 x 4 tyres. I was probably a bit premature with this wanted ad. I need to fit the footplate then see how much room there is between footplate/tootsies and castors. Gonna get the footplate re-welded at more relaxed angle to ease my poor achey knees :( So might be okay with longer forks and humungous great front castors :D
